Rob Scheid

Rob Scheid has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors and roles. Rob started their career in 2003 as an intern in communications at Boeing. Rob then worked as an intern in communications at UNDP in 2007. In the same year, they also worked as a project manager at Atlantik-Brücke E.V. where they organized conferences to strengthen transatlantic relations. From 2009 to 2012, they were a public relations manager at Germany Trade & Invest, responsible for promoting Germany as a business location for foreign investors. Rob then served as the director of the Milan office at Germany Trade & Invest, focusing on market analysis and reporting on the Italian and Maltese economies. From 2018 to 2020, they were the director of the London office, responsible for market analysis and reporting on the UK economy and Brexit. Most recently, in 2022, they became an ambassador for the UK at the Digital Hub Initiative.
