Hannah Ferguson

Hannah Ferguson is the Manager of Executive Searches and Recruiting at Germer International. Hannah has been with the company for just over two years, starting as an Associate Pharmaceutical Recruiter in June of 2018 before being promoted to their current role in December of 2019.

In their role as Manager, Hannah is responsible for leading a team of recruiters who work with clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries to provide executive staffing services. This includes sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, managing candidate interviews, salary and benefits negotiations, navigating the offer and acceptance process, and closing procedure.

Hannah is passionate about connecting talented and diverse candidates with great companies and positions. Hannah strives to provide complete and inspiring information to candidates about their client companies in order to help them make informed decisions about their careers.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with their family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and traveling.

Hannah Ferguson attended Villanova University and obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
