Arnaud Casson

Arnaud Casson is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Germitec S.A. Prior to this role, Arnaud held various senior positions at Stryker for over two decades, including Senior Director Operations & Plants leader, Director of Materials, Deputy Controller, and Reporting Manager. Arnaud also worked at Ernst & Young as a Manager, focusing on Financial Audit Missions. Arnaud completed the Stryker Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and holds a Diplôme Euromed in Audit & Finance from KEDGE Business School. Arnaud also completed Classe préparatoire HEC Grand Lebrun before their university studies.
