Katja Schnitzler

Katja Schnitzler serves as the Global Senior Vice President People & Organization at Gerresheimer since July 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing the global Operational Excellence, EHS, and Sustainability programs. Additionally, Katja is a member of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee. Previous roles at Gerresheimer include Group Senior Director for Sustainability and Lean Transformation, and Corporate Auditor. Prior to Gerresheimer, Katja worked at KPMG Audit as an Assistant Manager focusing on financial statement audits. Education includes a Certified People & Organization Expert degree from Quadriga University, an Advanced Management program from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, and a Diplom Kauffrau from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Dresden. Experience spans several countries including Argentina, Brazil, China, India, and Mexico.
