Jay Gaddy

Jay Gaddy is a professional with diverse experience in the live entertainment industry. Currently serving as a Floating Assistant at Gersh since March 2024 and as a Guest Services Associate at AEG Presents since February 2024, Jay has also gained valuable insights through an externship with United Talent Agency in April and May 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Brand Ambassador for Pollen from January 2019 to March 2020, where responsibilities involved promoting major music festivals such as Lollapalooza, Hard Summer, and EDC, as well as recruiting fellow entertainment enthusiasts. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Arizona State University, earned between 2018 and 2023.
