Darren Murawsky

Darren Murawsky is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations at Gertex Solutions since October 2025, overseeing operational duties across multiple brands. Prior to this role, Darren held the position of General Manager at BakeMark, managing daily operations and sales for two Ontario branches. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Operations Manager at BakeMark, Director of Operations at Sysco, and Director of Operations at Flanagan Foodservice Inc., where responsibilities encompassed logistics management, team leadership, and project management. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Darren has managed large teams, extensive product inventories, and has developed skills in refrigeration systems. Educational qualifications include a degree in Law and Security Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and additional studies at Conestoga College.
