John Kinyua

John Kinyua has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and accounting. John started their career in 2010 as an Audit Assistant at Mugo Waweru & Associates, where they gained experience in preparing various financial reports and maintaining control accounts. John then worked as an Auditor and Accountant at MWA from 2010 to 2011, where they focused on tax computation and budget preparation. In 2012, they joined Action Now Kenya as an Accountant, where they were responsible for preparing financial and management accounts, analyzing accounts for decision making, and managing organizational assets. John also served as a member of the Strategic Steering Committee. Since 2013, John has been working as a Financial Accountant at Gertrude's Children's Hospital, where they are involved in financial management and reporting.

John Kinyua pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, graduating in 2015. Prior to this, they attended Strathmore University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPAK) degree in Accounting. In November 2012, they successfully obtained their certification from the Institution of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
