Ashley Griffin

Ashley Griffin is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Middle School Principal at Gestalt Community Schools since January 2022. Griffin previously held the position of Founding Principal and Instructional Leader at Compass Community Schools, where the focus was on developing the whole child through equity, character education, and teacher coaching. Earlier roles include Dean of Scholar Development at Gestalt Community Schools, Academy Director at Frayser Community Schools, and various instructional and curriculum development positions. Griffin holds a Master of Education from Union University and a Bachelor of Arts from Furman University, with a commitment to fostering safe and supportive learning environments.
