Tina Williams MBA possesses extensive experience in enrollment management and community engagement within educational settings. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Enrollment & Innovation at Gestalt Community Schools since January 2019, Tina has held various roles including Scholar Recruitment & Innovation Manager and Scholar Recruitment & Marketing Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as Community Engagement Recruiter at Cornerstone Prep, where Tina organized activities for low-performing schools and managed Title I funds, as well as serving as Assistant Director at Bright Ideas Enrichment Center, overseeing instructional quality and staff recruitment. Tina holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of Mississippi.
