Stilian Nikolow, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. Stilian began their career as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of 5Doors Hostel in 2011. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at BASF as part of the Marketing Services Europe team, focusing on digital marketing and providing support for web initiatives. In 2014, Nikolow joined Dragonfly Expeditions, Inc. where they worked on marketing and business development, creating strategies and materials to increase sales.

Stilian also served as the President of Saint Lawrence Toastmasters, winning the Toastmaster of the Year Award in 2021 for their dedication and contributions to the club's success.

Stilian Nikolow, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Concordia University in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Management from Hochschule Mittweida from 2011 to 2014. Stilian also attended several seminars at McGill University, including a seminar on Project Management at the McGill Executive Institute in 2017, a seminar on Effective Leadership in 2016, and a seminar on Essential Management Skills in the same year. In 2015, they attended a seminar on Effective Negotiating at KARRASS Seminars. Additionally, Stilian Nikolow received the certification of Microsoft Catalyst Partner from Microsoft in 2021.
