Fiona Flaherty

Fiona Flaherty has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Fiona is currently serving as the Head of HR at Get A Drip since June 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Centric HR Limited from October 2022 to June 2023.

Before joining Centric HR Limited, Fiona held various positions at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. Fiona served as the Head of Human Resources Operations from October 2021 to October 2022 and as a Senior Human Resources Manager from June 2019 to October 2021.

Their earlier experience includes working as an HR Manager at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust from April 2015 to June 2019. Fiona also worked as an Assistant HR Business Partner at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust from April 2014 to April 2015.

Fiona began their career as an HR Practitioner at Birmingham City Council in June 2007 and worked there until April 2014.

Fiona Flaherty obtained their Bachelor of Laws degree, specializing in Law, from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Fiona attended the university from 2003 to 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, Fiona pursued a Master's degree in CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) from Solihull College & University Centre. Fiona completed their Master's degree program at Solihull College from 2008 to 2011.
