Brandt Roach

Brandt Roach has extensive work experience in the field of technology and customer support. Brandt started their career in 1987 in the U.S. Army, where they served as a Mobile Subscriber Equipment Operator. Brandt then worked for Weyerhaeuser as a Dryer Tender, bobcat operator, out of line dryer feeder, forklift operator, sorter operator, and machinist. In 2005, they joined Health Park Hospital as a Billing and Registration employee.

From 2000 to 2017, Brandt worked for the USAF as a Communications Computer Systems Technician, reaching the rank of MSgt-E-7. In 2007, they began their career with MorphoTrust USA™ (later renamed to TDT) as a Federal Field Technician, responsible for maintaining hardware and proprietary equipment.

Following that, Brandt worked at IDEMIA National Security Solutions as a Federal Field Technician Supervisor, where they maintained computers, printers, scanners, and proprietary equipment related to passports. Brandt also had prior TS/SCI clearance as a former Air Force member.

Later, they joined TRANS DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES INC. as a Federal Field Technician III, where they continued their role of maintaining and troubleshooting various technological equipment until 2020.

From 2020 to 2021, they worked for Perspecta as a Desktop Support (Hardware Technician), providing technical support for hardware-related issues.

In 2021, Brandt joined Peraton as a Federal Field Technician, specializing in field services for federal clients.

Most recently, in 2022, they started working at GET Group Holdings Ltd. as a Service Engineer, utilizing their technical expertise in providing service and maintenance for the company's products.

Overall, Brandt Roach has a diverse background in technology, maintenance, and customer support, with a strong track record of success in their various roles throughout their career.

Brandt Roach attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2000 to 2017, where they studied Information Systems Technology. During this time, they also obtained certifications such as Security + from CompTIA in June 2009 and A+ in February 2015. Prior to their enrollment in the Community College of the Air Force, Brandt Roach attended the National Park Community College from 2000 to 2009, although the field of study for this period is unknown. In February 2021, they obtained another certification, CompTIA Security +, from CompTIA.
