Andra Iuliana Stanoiu (she/her) CPsychol has a diverse work experience. Andra Iuliana is currently the Head of HR, Learning & Organizational Development at Get Set UK, where they also hold the role of Learning and Organizational Development Manager. Prior to this, Andra worked as a Radio Presenter and Producer at UK HEALTH RADIO NETWORK LIMITED. Andra Iuliana also worked as a Talent Development & Engagement Consultant/ Training Specialist EMEA & APAC at HireRight, where they led projects related to global onboarding, change management, and training. Additionally, Andra has experience as a Transformational Life Coach, Special Needs Teacher/Therapist, Product Trainer, Research Analyst, Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist, and Lead Psychologist/Manager. Andra Iuliana Stanoiu (she/her) CPsychol has a Bachelor's (Honours Degree) in Psychology from the University of Bucharest, obtained between 2004 and 2008. Andra Iuliana also holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, achieved between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, they underwent training in Clinical Hypnosis and Ericksonian Psychotherapy from the Romanian Association for Relaxation, Clinical Hypnosis, and Ericksonian Therapy, Romania, spanning from 2008 to 2014. Andra Stanoiu has obtained various certifications, including an Advanced Level Diploma in Human Resource Development and an Associate Member status in Human Resources Development from CIPD Qualifications, to be obtained in 2023. Andra Iuliana is a Chartered Psychologist, as certified by The British Psychological Society. Furthermore, they have certifications in Transformational Coaching, and they hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from the Department for Education.
