Sarah Mitchell, RDN, LD is a Marketing Director at CBORD, driving marketing programs to generate new business and grow the opportunity pipeline for healthcare sales. Prior to their current role, Sarah held positions at Texas Health as a Clinical Dietitian/Food Service Director and at Texas Health Presbyterian Allen as Manager of Community Outreach. Sarah graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science and completed their Registered Dietitian Internship at Presbyterian Hospital Dallas.
