Yifei C. has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2012, Yifei began as an Intern Reporter for The Hindu. Two years later, Yifei moved to the South China Morning Post SCMP as an Online Producer & Reporter. In 2015, Yifei became a China Reporter for Ming Pao Newspaper. In 2017, Yifei joined S-RM as a Senior Analyst, conducting AML/KYC due diligence reports and OSINT investigations. In 2019, Yifei joined Blackpeak as a Senior Associate, providing asset searches, internal fraud investigations and Pre-IPO due diligence research. In 2021, Yifei became a Data Analyst Intern for Toucan Toco - Guided Analytics. Yifei is currently an Analytics Engineer for Getaround.

In 2012 and 2013, Yifei C. attended The University of Hong Kong and obtained a Master of Journalism. Yifei C. also attended Sciences Po in 2011.
