Lizette Ayala

Lizette Tol is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in both accounting and tax analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at CARET since July 2020, Lizette has managed month-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and payroll journal entry reviews. Previously, as a Staff Accountant at CARET, Lizette maintained various accounting processes and collaborated with tax consultants to enhance sales tax compliance. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Tax Analyst and Tax Analyst at Poly, where Lizette was responsible for preparing and filing tax returns, implementing tax provisions, and managing audits. Lizette's early career began as a Tax Intern at Plantronics, where foundational skills in tax preparation and compliance were developed. Lizette holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, along with international experience through the UC Education Abroad Program in Madrid and Rome.
