Alison Wawrzynek

Alison Wawrzynek currently serves as Chief of Staff at Clair since January 2025. Prior to this role, Alison held a position in Go-to-Market at Arena from December 2023 to December 2024 and worked as a Strategy and BizOps Manager at YouTube from September 2021 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes internships in Corporate Development and Content Business Strategy and Ops at Spotify in 2020, along with a tenure as a Senior Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting from September 2015 to April 2019. Alison holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Master of Arts in International Studies from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, both completed in May 2021.
