Joel Frisch

Joel Frisch is an experienced executive with a strong background in growth, business development, and strategic partnerships across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Growth at Clair since April 2024, Joel is dedicated to creating financial freedom for America's workforce. Previously, Joel held the position of VP of Global Acquisition at Prodigy Finance, focusing on funding talented students for top postgraduate programs. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at PrimePay and co-founding ReadySetWork!, where innovative workforce solutions were developed. Joel's experience also includes work at UBS in Private Wealth Management and ownership of multiple Pita Pit locations. Joel holds a BS in Finance, Labor & Industrial Relations, and International Relations from Penn State University and has completed studies at FSU London.
