Nasser al Hamer

Nasser Al Hamer has extensive work experience in various industries. Nasser is currently the Co-Founder and COO of Getdoobi, a role they started in December 2021. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder at Inwani Online Services, where they led the development of a Real Estate Search Engine using Augmented Reality technology. Nasser was responsible for sourcing developers and creating the business model and plan.

Nasser has also worked as a Projects Coordinator in the CEO's office at the Urban Planning & Development Authority, where they led efforts to streamline business processes and optimize strategic communication and execution. Nasser reengineered and created uniform documentation for 43 business processes.

In addition, Nasser served as the Deputy General Manager at Ils - International Laboratory Services, where they provided strategic guidance on sales and addressed operational challenges. Nasser restructured procurement processes and operations, resulting in cost reduction.

Earlier in their career, Nasser was the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Eleven And Bridge, where they co-founded a food magazine and organized the Bahrain Auto Fair. Nasser also worked as a Development Specialist at Diyar Al Muharraq, where they provided updates on projects and developed financial models using Excel. Nasser worked closely with consultants and project managers on specific projects.

Nasser's work experience also includes internships at Blake Morgan LLP, where they assisted with legal documents for residential properties, and Eskan Bank, where they worked in the Real Estate and Risk Management departments.

Nasser Al Hamer has a strong educational background in real estate and planning. In 1999, they obtained their High School Diploma from Al-Iman School. Nasser then pursued their academic journey at the University of Reading, where they completed a Foundation degree in the International Foundation Programme from 2011 to 2012. Continuing their studies at the same university, Nasser earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Real Estate (Development & Planning) from 2012 to 2015. To further enhance their expertise, they attended UCL from 2015 to 2016, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) in International Real Estate and Planning. Additionally, Nasser Al Hamer participated in the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford in 2021, strengthening their leadership skills.
