Ruksar S

Ruksar S has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Ruksar started their career as a Talent Acquisition Executive at ACREATY in June 2015 and worked there until August 2016. Following this, they joined TheModernDimension in September 2016 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, Ruksar was responsible for hiring tech professionals across various levels and managing the entire recruitment process for E-commerce, product-based companies, IT companies, and startups. Ruksar held this position until May 2021 when they were promoted to the role of Talent Acquisition Lead. In May 2021, Ruksar joined EDGE as a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Ruksar S began their education in 2010 at St.Capitanio PU College Mangalore, where they pursued their PUC with a focus on Psychology. Ruksar completed their PUC in 2012. Following this, from 2012 to 2015, they enrolled at Mangalore University, where they obtained a BSW degree with a specialization in HR.
