Hey, we're Elevar (recently acquired by Buxton). We help direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands like Vuori, SKIMS, Glossier, and thousands of others on Shopify supercharge their conversion tracking and analytics. Our server-side conversion tracking technology transforms shopping behavior into structured, trackable events with attribution, resulting in near 100% conversion accuracy. This unique approach helps our customers generate more revenue from their site and existing marketing campaigns, without changing anything (Product Value ROI for the win!).  

But -- we aren't helping as many D2C brands as we could and should be. And that's where you come in. We're on the hunt for an Onboarding/Enablement Solutions Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients of all sizes, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless integration of our ecommerce tracking solutions.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored solutions that meet clients' specific needs and objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices for ecommerce tracking and behavior analytics.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for clients' needs and driving continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience and streamline processes for future clients.
