Rachel Pollitt

Rachel Pollitt has been working in the Human Resources field since 2013. Rachel began their career as an HR Graduate at Royal Bank of Scotland Business, followed by an HR Consultant, Services role. In 2016, they moved to BT, where they held the roles of HR Business Partner, Technology and HR Change Manager. In 2019, they joined Soldo as an HR Business Partner UK & Ireland and is currently working as an HR Business Partner - International at GetGround.

Rachel Pollitt completed a CIPD Advanced Diploma at Reed Business School from 2014 to 2016 in Human Resource Management. From 2010 to 2013, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at The University of Sheffield in Law and Criminology. Prior to that, they attended Canon Slade from 2003 to 2010. Rachel also has a CIPD Level 7 certification from CIPD.
