Natalie Hogan

Natalie Hogan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Natalie is currently working as a Talent Lead at GetHarley, where they are involved in building an end-to-end aesthetic dermatology platform. Prior to that, Natalie worked as the Head of People and Talent at FIXR from 2020 to 2021. Natalie also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner at WeWork and as a Future Talent Manager at GroupM. Additionally, Natalie worked in client development and account management roles at BMS Performance. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Fitness Concierge at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and an Assistant Business Development Officer at Sefton MBC. Natalie also has experience as a Lifeguard at London 2012 and as the Head of Aquatics at Camp Leaders.

Natalie Hogan began their education in 2006 at the University of the West of England, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies. Natalie completed their undergraduate program in 2009. In 2020, Natalie enrolled in the CIPD Qualifications and pursued a CIPD Level 3 Diploma in HR. Natalie completed their diploma program in 2021.
