Pinky Lakhia

Pinky Lakhia, ACC, currently serves as the Global Head of Human Resources for Acute Care Therapies at Getinge, where oversight of a global HR function promotes alignment with the organization's mission of improving patient care through innovation. As a Chief Member at Chief and previously the Chief Human Resources Officer at Modern Meadow, Pinky Lakhia has demonstrated expertise in designing internal communication strategies and aligning people strategies with business objectives. Prior leadership roles include Vice President Global Human Resources at Covetrus, where Pinky led a team to integrate cultures post-IPO, and Head of Human Resources at L'Oréal, focusing on operational transformations. With extensive experience in human resources across various sectors, including Verizon, Radvision, Dow Jones, CTG Inc., and the United States Staffing Association, Pinky Lakhia holds an MBA from Strayer University with a focus on Human Resources Management.
