Nopnapat A. (Pim) has held various roles in the recruitment and human resources field since 2019. In 2019, they were a Human Resources Officer at AIS - Advanced Info Services Plc., where they handled all recruitment functions including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, hiring, orientation, and existing interview, as well as all recruitment reports. In 2020, they joined GetLinks as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and a Recruitment Consultant. In this role, they created solid working relationships with clients to understand their business resourcing and growth requirements from a cultural and function perspective, worked closely with clients to increase jobs handled, and fulfilled liquidity per job posting.
