Onthana Promsee

Onthana Promsee has worked in the IT and customer service industries since 2014. In 2021, they began working as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at GetLinks, where they are responsible for identifying and developing client business relationships, assessing the needs of each assignment or client, and searching for suitable candidates in the company's database and social media. Prior to this role, they worked as an Acquisition Professional at American Express from 2017-2021 and as a Customer Service Representative at Advance Contact Center from 2014-2017. At Advance Contact Center, they provided information to call-in customers, called out to promote new products and promotions, and resolved customer's problems.
