Jessica Nerad

Jessica Nerad, PHR, currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Luna Physical Therapy since March 2024, focusing on strategic talent management and development. Previously, Jessica held the position of Director of People Operations at redpepper, overseeing talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives. Jessica has also been a Talent Partner at AlignHR Recruiting, providing recruitment strategy and training, and has experience in HR and People Operations at Kenzie Academy and DELVE. Earlier career roles included People Ops Manager and Specialist at PopSockets and Upland Kapost, respectively, as well as a General Manager at Starbucks. Jessica holds a BA in Art History from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and has studied Italian Culture and Art History at Università degli Studi della Tuscia.
