Chanelle Cosme

Chanelle Cosme has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Chanelle began as a Restaurant Server at Moxie's Grill & Bar, where they provided efficient and friendly service while following the company's Quality, Service and Cleanliness criteria. Chanelle was also responsible for transmitting orders to the bar and kitchen, identifying guests' special dietary needs and special requests, and reconciling total sales against total credit slips. In 2018, they joined TD as a Customer Experience Associate, where they created a legendary customer experience at every interaction and completed financial transactions for customers in an accurate and efficient manner. Chanelle was later promoted to Customer Experience Supervisor. In 2019, they joined Ritual.co as a Merchant Operations Specialist. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Maple (getmaple.ca) as an Associate, Client Success and was later promoted to Senior Associate, Client Success.

Chanelle Cosme has an Honours Bachelor of Science (H.B.Sc.) degree from the University of Toronto, with a double major in Human Biology and Psychology. Chanelle also has a Foundations in Project Management - 1860 from the University of Toronto. Additionally, Chanelle has obtained certifications in Excel 2016 Essential Training from LinkedIn in November 2020, Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps in December 2014, and Smart Serve - Alcohol Beverage Training Program in November 2014.
