Marcel Kroitblat

Marcel Kroitblat has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marcel is currently the Head of Licensed Operations at Moss since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Community Member at 2hearts starting in April 2022. From May 2018 to July 2021, Marcel was an Expert Business Development at Raisin Bank AG, where they handled various responsibilities such as sales, project management, account management, and outsourcing management. Before that, they were the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Polyteia GmbH from July 2017 to March 2018, overseeing business development, human resources, legal and compliance, and finance. Marcel also has experience as a Senior Business Development Manager at Payreto in 2017 and as a Business Development Manager and Entrepreneur in Residence at Raisin from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they have held positions at Vertical Media GmbH, Dialogue One A/S, and Deutsche Bank, where they served as an Assistent der Geschäftsleitung from June 2011 to January 2013.

Marcel Kroitblat obtained their Abitur from Walter Rathenau Schule. Marcel then attended FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2010 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with a specialization in International Law & Contracts. In 2013, they participated in an Erasmus semester at Roskilde University. Later, from 2018 to 2020, Marcel attended the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and received a Master of Laws (LLM) in Financial Law. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the certifications "Geldwäscheprävention für Zahlungsinstitute und E-Geld-Institute" from S&P Unternehmerforum in 2023, "Zertifizierter Auslagerungsbeauftragter (FCH)" from Finanz Colloquium Heidelberg GmbH in 2021, and "Fachanwaltslehrgang gem. § 4 FAO zum Erwerb besonderer theoretischer Kenntnisse auf dem Fachgebiet Banken- und Kapitalmarktrecht" from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in 2021. Marcel also received the SCRUM Master certification from TÜV SÜD in 2016.
