Arushi Rupra (MSc)

Arushi Rupra (MSc) has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as a Sales Associate at Selfridges, where they worked until 2017. Following this, they joined Debenhams as a Sales Associate from October 2017 to March 2018. In 2018, they joined Hays as an Associate Sourcing Partner and progressively grew in their roles to become a Senior Sourcing Partner, working at Hays until April 2021. Arushi then moved on to Verisure, where they worked as an HR Junior Business Partner from April to July 2021. Next, they joined Microsoft as a Recruiter for the EMEA region from October 2021 to November 2022. Arushi then joined Armstrong Craven as a Talent Partner from July 2021 and worked there until March 2023. Currently, they are an Emerging Talent Success Manager at TheTalentPeople / GetMyFirstJob.

Arushi Rupra received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Birmingham in 2017. Following this, they completed their Master's degree in Management Psychology at the University of Nottingham in 2018.
