Parag Baxi

Parag Baxi has been working in the technology industry since 2005. Parag began their career as a Systems Administrator at HP Enterprise Services, and then moved on to Ogilvy & Mather as a Senior Security Engineer in 2010. In 2012, they joined Qualys as a Technical Account Manager and Director of Product Management. During their time at Qualys, they grew the Vulnerability Management ARR to over $100M ARR, grew the API ARR to over $1M, and launched SAML 2.0, which resulted in $3M ARR in new sales. In 2014, they became a Product Manager at NCC Group Domain Services, where they transformed the services organization to product first with blue ocean gTLD.trust solution and launched the Continual Monitoring Service (CMS). In 2017, they joined Bugcrowd Inc. as a Product Manager, where they successfully pitched against a new Pentesting offering and contributed to the successful Series D of $30M. In 2018, they became the VP Product at NopSec, where they led the Product Management, UX and Customer Success teams and launched a new SaaS platform with Asset Management, Pentesting, and Vulnerability Risk Management. In 2020, they joined Deepwatch as the Head Of Product Engineering and launched Deepwatch Mobile on iOS and Android, and created a new revenue-generating ML platform for addressing malware and ransomware. In 2022, they joined Oomnitza as the Senior Vice President Product Management, where they established the first ever Product Management function to deliver a BPA platform that democratizes automation, and pitched and implemented POV sales process to increase win rate by 30% and accelerate POVs by 100%. Parag also pitched and implemented phase one of B2C2B workflow and use case marketplace. Lastly, they joined Picnic Corporation as the Vice President of Product.

Parag Baxi has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a Certificate from Stanford University in Machine Learning. Parag also holds an Executive Certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Management and Leadership. In addition, Parag has obtained numerous certifications from various institutions, including MIT Sloan School of Management, Digital Directors Network, Udemy, VitalSmarts, Howard Community College, Coursera Course Certificates, Pragmatic Marketing, and BodzinCorp.
