Emily B.

Emily B., started their career at Deutsche Bank Securities as an Analyst from June 2006 to June 2009. Emily then became an Associate from July 2009 to December 2011. Emily continued their career at Deutsche Bank as an Associate from January 2012 to January 2013 and eventually became a Vice President from February 2013 to August 2015.

After leaving Deutsche Bank, Emily joined Wynsome Studios as the Founder and Owner. Emily designed and launched a range of modern accessories for women via ecommerce channels. Emily actively managed all aspects of the business from April 2016 to June 2019.

Emily then moved on to Via, where they held several roles. Emily started as the Principal - Revenue & Pricing from June 2019 to August 2020. Emily then became the General Manager for NYC from August 2020 to November 2020. Emily later became the Director, Head of Marketplace from November 2020 to October 2021. Emily'sfinal role at Via was the Director, Corporate Finance from October 2021 to August 2022. In this role, Emily implemented tools and processes for budgeting and forecasting, managed vendor negotiations, and project managed an upgrade to the internal data product.

Currently, Emily is working as the Head of Finance and Operations at Repeat, starting from September 2022. Emily is responsible for managing all aspects related to Repeat's financial planning, tracking, and reporting. Emily works closely with the co-founders and company leadership to develop corporate strategy and quarterly objectives. Emily also builds the foundations of company-wide shared understanding of performance through the development and tracking of operational and financial KPIs.

Emily B. earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from William & Mary in 2006. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in November 2018, and AdWords Fundamentals and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in October 2018. Emily also holds certifications in product management, agile design thinking, SQL, managing big data with MySQL, and machine learning fundamentals, obtained in 2018 and 2017.
