Key responsibilities:  

  • Liaison with product development and marketing management to educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits

  • Plan, implement and support online product marketing and sales campaigns (brainstorming, planning, copywriting)

  • Manage the product launch process: develop plans, and measure the success of initiatives

  • Own in-app messaging channels and optimize for increased customer engagement, product adoption, and retention

  • Own user upsell processes & optimization

  • Create and promote product-related educational content: blog posts, email series, tutorials, guides, etc.

  • Prepare and run product webinars

  • Support the creation of new and existing product pages on our website with mockups and project management

  • Analyze key performance metrics and leverage data insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and positioning opportunities

  • Identify market opportunities and customer segments. Work with wider product and marketing teams for persona development

  • Constant development of analytical and online marketing skills

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, market developments, and industry best practices to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge

  • Report to marketing management and at times, product development management, on projects’ statuses and results

You may be the perfect fit if you have:  

  • 1+ years of experience in product marketing or product management roles

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing

  • Experience managing product messaging and positioning, developing collateral, sales training, and new product launches

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs

  • Experience with data analysis or market research techniques (e.g., survey design, market segmentation)

  • Ability to create compelling product marketing content

  • Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Jira, Miro, Confluence)

  • Strong email marketing tools knowledge

  • Speak fluent English; any additional language such as Italian, Spanish, German would be an asset

Nice-to-have experience:  

  • Experience as a product marketer for a SaaS business

  • Advanced Excel knowledge

  • Previous use of in-app communication tools like Beamer and Appcues

  • Experience creating mockups in Figma

Salary range:  

Contract of employment: 9,000 – 12,000 PLN gross/month  

B2B contract: 429 - 572 PLN net/man-day
