Yancy Eaton is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer success and real estate. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Rev since May 2022, Eaton enhances the efficiency of sales and marketing teams by optimizing prospect engagement. Concurrently, as a REALTOR® with Fathom Realty since October 2019, Eaton leverages support from a rapidly growing brokerage. Previous experience includes a role as a Customer Success Specialist at Knock, where responsible for B2C interactions in a tech-enabled lending startup, and a significant tenure at Target, culminating in a Store Team Leader position, where Eaton drove sales growth and trained new hires. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Florida SouthWestern State College and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University.
