Tom McLeod

Co-Founder | Vice President, Product at GetScale

Tom McLeod has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Tom worked as a Research Assistant at Wayne State University School of Medicine from May 2015 to August 2016. Tom then joined Johnson & Johnson in 2017 as a Retail Customer Logistics Analyst, where they effectively managed planning, forecasting, and replenishment for a $10 million department at Target Corp. Tom also developed training materials and improved supply chain metrics during their tenure. In 2018, Tom briefly worked as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at EOTECH - An L3 Company. Afterwards, they joined GetScale (formerly GetSales) in 2019 as a Sales & Operations Analyst, and later progressed to become a Business Operations Manager in 2020. In 2021, Tom served as a Technical Product Manager before transitioning into the role of Director of Business Systems in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Co-Founder and Vice President of Product at GetScale, focusing on building and optimizing sales, marketing, and recruitment funnels.

Tom McLeod graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Tom has also obtained additional certifications in various topics, including Smart Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI on GCP from Coursera | Google in September 2021, Google Cloud Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals from Coursera | Google in February 2021, Modernizing Data Lakes and Data Warehouses with GCP from Coursera | Google in February 2021, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute in December 2020.
