Kristine Kero, M.S. has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as Program Coordinator - Volunteer Center at United Way of King County in 1989. Kristine then moved to Lee Hecht Harrison as an Associate in 2002 and to the University of Washington as a Sr. Career Consultant and Teacher in 2003. In 2010, they began a part-time role as a Sr. Career Consultant with Career Advisors, and in 2011, they became an Employment Consultant with AtWork. In 2012, they started working with City University of Seattle as a Director and Career Consultant, and with IMPACT Group as a Career Consultant/Trainer/Workshop Instructor. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Guide, Instructor and Curriculum Developer with GetSetUp.

Kristine Kero, M.S. obtained their M.S. in Counseling, with a focus in Career Counseling, from Seattle Pacific University in 1992. Kristine has also taken continuing education courses from Bellevue College in Human Resources Management and Services, and obtained a Certificate in Mediation Training from the Dispute Resolution Center of King County. Additionally, they hold a BA/Teaching Cert from the University of Washington in Communication & Education. Kristine is currently taking courses from Getsetup, online in multiple topics.
