Sharon S. Rogers has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as an Administrative Manager at the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation in 2004. In 2020, they obtained a Human Centered Service Design certification from IDEO U, and in 2022 they obtained a Designing Strategy certification from IDEO. Additionally, in 2016 they obtained a UX Certification from the Nielsen Norman Group.
