Prior to this role, Shikha held various positions in companies such as Manipal Global Education Services, HDFC Life, OneDirect Engagement Cloud, M.H. Alshaya Co., and Wedding Wishes. Shikha's experience ranges from strategic partnerships and alliances to customer success management and supply chain planning. Shikha also has a background in business administration and economics from Indian Institute of Management and Delhi University.
