Deona James, CAS, currently serves as the National Director of Sales at Spruce since July 2019, focusing on enhancing resident lifestyles through on-demand and a la carte services. Previously, Deona held the position of Director of Sales at Mobile Doorman, where the emphasis was on developing customizable, branded apps to improve resident interaction. Prior experience includes serving as a Strategic Account Executive at CoreLogic, handling sales and service of resident screening products, and a National Strategic Sales Manager role at LexisNexis, where management of a $6 million territory was achieved. Deona's career began at HPC-The Apartment Guide, where management responsibilities included overseeing the second-largest publication in the nation for apartment listings.
