Oliver Folba

Oliver Folba has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in business intelligence and data analysis. Oliver'smost recent position is as a Senior Business Intelligence Manager at GetSteps, where they are involved in disrupting the custom orthopedic insole market and promoting online foot health. Prior to this, Oliver held the same role at Data4Life from May 2020 to June 2021. Oliver also worked as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at brands4friends - Private Sale GmbH from November 2019 to March 2020.

Oliver has experience in the field of smart governance for cities as they served as the Head of Data at Polyteia from June 2019 to November 2019. Oliver has also made notable contributions as a Business Intelligence Manager at Project A Ventures from July 2017 to May 2019. Earlier in their career, Oliver worked as a Data Analyst and Business Intelligence professional at POSpulse from January 2016 to April 2017, and as a Project Manager at the same company from September 2015 to December 2015.

Oliver's freelance experience includes working for the European Council on Foreign Relations in July 2015 and Hertie School of Governance as a Teaching Assistant from September 2012 to December 2012. Oliver Folba completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations from Technische Universität Dresden, starting in 2007 and finishing in 2010. In 2009, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at St Petersburg State University for one semester, focusing on International Relations. Afterward, Oliver pursued their Master of Public Policy degree with a specialization in Economic Policy and Quantitative Methods at the Hertie School. Oliver attended Hertie School from 2011 to 2014.
