Ryan Ginsberg has a strong background in customer success and operations support. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management, from California State University, Northridge. In addition to their formal education, Ryan also obtained several certifications, including a Digital Marketing Certification and a Product Management Certification from General Assembly in 2018. Furthermore, they achieved a Data Analytics certification from General Assembly in April 2017.
