Dean Kirkpatrick

Dean Kirkpatrick is a seasoned professional in culture and development with extensive experience in career services and technical recruiting. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Culture & Development at Getty Images since September 2019, Dean has advanced through roles as Manager and Specialist in the same department. Prior to that, Dean worked at the University of Washington from March 2013 to September 2019, first as a Career Services Advisor for the Information School, providing comprehensive advising to students and developing educational programming, and then as Employer Relations Coordinator for the UW Career Center, facilitating connections between students and potential employers.
