Diego Susa

Diego Susa is currently the head of engineering at Unleash. Diego has over 20 years of experience in the software development industry. Prior to Unleash, Diego was a software development manager at Amazon, where they led two teams of full-stack software engineers focused on improving the customer experience for EU Amazon e-commerce websites. Diego has also held management positions at Avaya and Visma Labs Spain, where they led scrum teams in the development of HR self-service products. Diego began their career as a software developer and architect at CESTEL in 2001 and has also worked for ATS Advanced Technology Solutions and TecnoAp.

Their manager is Ivar Conradi Østhus, Chief Technology & Product Officer.
