Chuck Divita is the current Director at Vim. Chuck has also previously worked as a Board Member for Prestige Health Choice and Life & Specialty Ventures, LLC. Chuck was also the President & CEO of Employers Mutual, Inc. (EMI), and the Chief Financial Officer of FPIC Insurance Group, Inc.

Chuck Divita has a Bachelors in Finance from Florida State University and a Bachelors in Accounting from Florida State University. Chuck is also a Certified Public Accountant.
