Jennifer Vo

Jennifer Vo began their work experience in 2017 as a Graphic Designer/Coordinator for DFS Group Limited. Jennifer worked on designing layouts for promotional collateral at DFS North America locations. Then, in 2022, Jennifer worked as a UI/UX Designer for DormIt, where they designed core product features and collaborated with designers and founders to define product requirements. Jennifer also established the product's design system. Jennifer also worked as an Instructional Assistant at UC San Diego during Spring 2022, where they led critique sessions, provided feedback to students on design projects, and mentored teams on UX design methodologies. In the same year, they worked as a Freelance Product Designer for JustGo and a Volunteer UX Designer for Clearviction. Currently, Jennifer is working as a Jr. Product Designer for Weave starting in November 2022.

Jennifer Vo started their education journey in 2015 at FIDM, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Visual Communications. Jennifer then continued their studies at San Diego Miramar College from 2018 to 2020, earning an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Cognitive Science, with a specialization in Design and Interaction, at UC San Diego.
