Kari Morgan has a diverse work experience in customer service and support roles. In 2013, they worked as a Team Lead over CS at Overstock.com for almost 4 years. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at eBay. In 2018, they held the position of Consumer Advocate at TaskEasy before moving on to become a Customer Service Representative at E*TRADE. In 2019, they worked as a Patient Service Representative at Granger Medical Clinic and later joined LendingClub as a Payment Solutions specialist. From 2019 to 2021, Kari worked at Wells Fargo as an Escalated Complaints Specialist 1. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Onboarding Manager at Weave HQ, starting in June 2021.
Kari Morgan has pursued higher education in two different institutions. In 2009, Kari enrolled at Salt Lake Community College, where they pursued a field of study in General Studies. However, no specific degree was obtained during this time. Later in 2018, Kari attended Devmountain and obtained a certification in UX Design. This certification was awarded in May 2018 by DevMountain.
