Jacqueline Thong

Jacqueline Thong has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jacqueline currently holds the position of Vice President Client Success at Get Well, starting in May 2022. Prior to their current role, Jacqueline worked as the Principal Partnership Success at Docent Health from January 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Docent Health, Jacqueline held multiple roles within the company, including Partnership Success from October 2019 to January 2021 and Product from February 2016 to October 2019. During their time at Docent Health, they were involved in designing personalized patient journeys and providing integrated healthcare experiences.

Jacqueline's entrepreneurial journey began when they co-founded and served as the CEO of Klio Health, a healthcare technology company, from May 2014 to January 2016. Jacqueline also co-founded and served as the CEO of Ubiqi Health, an early-stage venture focusing on chronic condition management, from September 2009 to April 2014.

In addition to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Jacqueline worked as a Product Management Consultant during their self-employed period from July 2009 to January 2013. Prior to that, they served as a Program Manager at CRF Health, a provider of electronic Clinical Outcomes Assessment measures, from January 2004 to August 2008.

Jacqueline's earlier career experiences include serving as the Head of Operations at Jipeq eSourcing Oy from June 2000 to May 2002, and as an International Business Development Associate at AmSoft Information Services Pvt. Ltd. from October 1999 to April 2000. Jacqueline also worked as a Brand Management Trainee at Hindustan Lever Limited from June 1999 to October 1999, and as a Marketing Coordinator at Net Nanny Software International Inc. from June 1997 to May 1999.

Jacqueline Thong completed their BCom degree in Marketing/Management Information Systems at The University of British Columbia from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued their MBA at INSEAD in 2008-2009.
