Randi Weir

Randi Weir, MHA, possesses extensive experience in healthcare leadership, currently serving as Vice President at Get Well. Previous roles include Director of Client Success and Senior Consultant at the same company, as well as Administrative Director, Improvement Specialist, and Senior Manager of Patient Access at UPMC. Randi began the professional journey as an Administrative Resident at ISMETT. Randi holds a Master of Health Administration in Health Policy and Management from the University of Pittsburgh and a Lean Certificate from the Pittsburgh Regional Health Initiative.
