Sherma Apparicio D'Afflitto is an experienced health and wellness professional with a diverse background in coaching, nutrition, and community health initiatives. Currently serving as a Health and Wellness Coordinator at Resize America since May 2015, Sherma supports clients in achieving their health goals through personalized coaching. As a WiseSherma's Health Coaching Expert since April 2020, Sherma offers pro bono health coaching to healthcare workers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, providing a compassionate space for emotional support. In addition, Sherma operates as an Independent Contractor and Wellness Coach with Healthy Kitchen Solutions, promoting healthy eating through community engagement and cooking classes.
