Vivaksha Singh

Vivaksha Singh has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and business analytics. Vivaksha started their career in 2014 at TIBIL Solutions as a Business Analyst, where they worked on providing analytics solutions for various industries, including retail, e-commerce, finance, and telecom. During this time, they implemented projects such as real-time advertisement recommendation engine, churn model, credit score, market basket analysis, and customer segmentation.

In 2016, Vivaksha joined Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd) as a Product Analyst, where they assessed the quality of drivers based on customer feedback and developed algorithms for calculating partner behavioral scores. Vivaksha also served as a Senior Product Analyst and later as a Product Manager, responsible for adapting Ola's customer and driver product in Australia. Vivaksha conceptualized processes and designed workflows for the partner and customer experience team, aiming to reduce customer and driver complaints.

In 2018, Vivaksha moved to Grab as a Senior Product Manager. In this role, they focused on enhancing the customer experience by proactively identifying challenges, providing accurate responses to customer complaints, and tackling fraud and abuse issues related to promotions and subscriptions. Vivaksha played a key role in reducing promo fraud by 80-90% within a year.

Currently, Vivaksha is working at GetYourGuide as a Senior Product Manager, a role they started in 2021.

Vivaksha Singh completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics Instrumentation & Control from Govt Engineering College, Ajmer from 2009 to 2013. In 2017 and 2018, they pursued an Executive Certification in Business Analytics and Data Science from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Additionally, in September 2016, they obtained a certification in "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" from Coursera Course Certificates. Before entering college, Vivaksha completed their Senior Secondary education in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Bio Technology from Gurgaon in 2007 and 2008.
